2023-24 Season
Ran PR in 5,000 meters indoors of 15:49.17 at SDSU Indoor Classic and PR in 3,000 of 9:18.02 at the Bison Open. 23rd at NSIC Indoor Championships in 5,000 in 15:459.94. Did not compete outdoors.

2022-23 Junior Season
Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team for outdoor track and field. ...Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team for indoor track and field. ...Named to Spring 2023 VPAA and Engagement Honor Roll. ...13^th in 10,000 at NSIC Outdoor Championship in 36:17.80. …PR in 3,000 (indoor) in 9:18.29, finishing 23^rd at Bison Open.

2021-22 Sophomore Season
Ran a career-best and finished 20^th in the 5,000 meters in 15:56.25 at the NSIC Indoor Championships. …Ran a career-best of 4:39.71 in the mile at the SDSU Indoor Classic. …Ran a career-best in the 800 meters of 2:16.88 at the Yellow Jacket Spring Open outdoors.

2020-21 Season (First Year) 
Earned President's List Honors... Opened his first season with the track and field team with a 9th-place finish in the 3000 (9:44.82) at the 2021 Marauders Indoor Track and Field Open (1/16), marking a season-best in the 3000... Finished 12th in the mile at the 2021 Myrle Hanson Open with a time of 4:51.76, marking a season-best in the mile... Placed 6th in the 5000 at the Bison Open with a time of 16:37.59 (2/5-2/6)... Finished 7th in the 5000 at the 2021 Stinger Open with a time of 16:43.97 (2/19-20)... Posted season-best in the 1500 (4:26.05) at the South Dakota Challenge to finish 33rd... Placed 6th in the 5000 (16:25.66) at the DSU Last Chance Meet to end the regular season and qualify for the NSIC Outdoor Championships... Finished 14th in the 10,000 at the NSIC Championships with a time of 34:54.28.

Participated in cross country and track & field at Helena High School in Helena, Mont... Earned letters in band and cross country... Accepted and graduated as a member of National Honor Society... Montana Behavioral Initiative Award winner... Coached by Kelly Gilbert on track and cross country.

Plays alto-saxophone... Favorite TV show is Parks and Recreation because it "makes me laugh more than most comedy shows"... Favorite subject is English... Enjoys making ceramic art work.
