High School: Played football and basketball for James Wood (Va.) High School... Named first team All-Area and All-District as a senior and second team to both as a junior... Played in Cheasepeake Bowl All-Star Game and was selected for the All-American Bowl All-Star Game and MJF All-Star Game... Was named Most Valuable Player of his high school team... Earned prestigious Walter Barr Award and JWAA Outstanding Athlete Scholarship Award.
