Andrew Fragale begins his second season as a Graduate Assistant Football Coach at Minot State in 2017. His main focus will be working with the Beavers defensive line.
In his first season with the Beavers, he helped MSU tie its team record for wins in a season during the program's NCAA Division II era. Minot State finished as the top passing defense in the league, allowing just 168.4 yards per game.
No stranger to the trenches, Fragale was a four-year starter (2011-2015) at defensive tackle for Clarion University, an NCAA Division II school in the PSAC Conference. He finished with 130 career tackles and 20 career sacks to go along with 55 tackles for a loss.
While at Clarion, he earned second team All-PSAC honors and was named his team's Defensive Most Valuable Player Award in 2015. He was selected and played in the 2015 All-American Bowl in Mexico City.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management at Clarion in 2015.
Fragale served as a Summer Football Volunteer for Cameron County from 2012-2014, working with the defensive line and linebackers along with the summer workout program.
He is currently working on his Master's Degree in Sport Management at Minot State.
