Coleton Ethier begins his second season as a graduate assistant coach and his third season on the Minot State coaching staff. He served as a student assistant in 2016.
Ethier will help with all aspects of the football program, but will mainly work with the linebackers. In 2016 and 2017 he helped MSU tie its team record for wins in a season during the program's NCAA Division II era.
He played three seasons for the Beavers, earning time at all of the team offensive line spots, making 12 career starts for the Beavers.
Ethier, a native of Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan, earned his degree from Minot State in mathematics in 2017. He earned his master's degree in management from Minot State in 2018.
