Coach DeYoung joined the Beavers football staff as a graduated assistant prior to the fall of 2020 and continues to serve as the team's tight ends coach.
Coach DeYoung will finish his Masters in Sports Management at Minot State in the spring of 2023, and earned his Bachelors in Communication from Wisconsin Lutheran College in 2020.
DeYoung began working as a collegiate coach as a student assistant at Wisconsin Lutheran College in the spring of 2020 before joining the Minot State staff as a graduate assistant in the fall of 2020.
During his three years with the Beavers he coached Jaxon Lundeen to All-NSIC honors. Lundeen is the only tight end in the Beavers' NCAA Division II-era to earn All-NSIC honors.
DeYoung played four seasons as a tight end for the NCAA Division III Warriors and was team captain as a senior.
