Isaiah Sexton

Isaiah Sexton begins his second season as a graduate assistant coach at Minot State. He will primarily work with the team's running backs.

Sexton comes to Minot State after serving as a student assistant coach at the University of Oregon. He worked with linebacker coach Don Pellum as well as Mark Helfrich, Brady Hoke, and John Neal. During his  time with the Ducks, Sexton constructed scouting reports, organized academic services and worked with the scout team.

While attending Oregon, he also worked as an assistant football coach at South Eugene High School for three seasons under Chris Miller for one season and Kevin Leonard for two years. He coached defensive backs and receivers and was the junior varsity defensive coordinator.

Sexton worked with the USA National Team as an assistant coach at  the Development Games in Davis, Calif. and was a guest coach at the Regional Football Camp in Seattle, Wash.

He played high school football at Glencoe High School in Portland, Ore.

Sexton earned his degree at Oregon in psychology and is currently working on his Masters in Education at Minot State.
