Kaynen Harris enters his first season as a Graduate Assistant with the Minot State Football program. He will serve as the Football Video Director at Minot State University.

Harris is responsible for the football operations video team and tasked with capturing, editing, and organizing team video for the coaching and personnel staff. Harris will handle management and upkeep of the team's DVSport video editing system. This will include coordinating daily practices, team meetings, management of the film crew, equipment training, and data entry. Â Harris is also responsible for the team's self-scout and opponent scout database. Coach Harris publishes team cutups and training videos for the players on the DVSport 360 app while also maintaining the football team's video archive.

Kaynen earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. While attending UW-Eau Claire, Kaynen worked as a student manager of a production crew leading the charge on audio/video production for major concerts and events throughout the area, including the Eau Claire music festival. Before coming to Minot, Harris spent the 2020 season working as the video director at Champlin Park High School. Harris also worked with live sports data for the major sports leagues including the NFL, NCAA, NBA, MLB, and more at Sportradar. Additionally, Kaynen works with freelance audio & video production for Podcasting and team/player highlights.

Kaynen and his fiancé, Kristina, are from the Minneapolis area and now reside in Minot.
