Nigel Atwood begins 2013-14 as his first season as a Student Assistant Coach for Minot State.

Atwood will assistant full-time coaches as well as primarily coach the Tight Ends and Fullbacks.

The former Beaver has had ties to the program since 2010, when he redshirted his first year as an offensive lineman. In 2011, Atwood appeared in four games for MISU, making four tackles on the season.

The Lethridge, Alberta native is currently enrolled at Minot State University and is seeking his Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice.
