Tyler Rawlings begins his 2nd season with Minot State University football.
Pre Minot State Rawlings coached at Texas A&M University-Commerce, where he served as the wide receivers coach.
He was a two-year starter at wide receiver for the Lions, catching 72 passes for 944 yards and four TDs in his career. He earned the J.V. Sikes Award in 2012 and was recognized as a scholar-athlete by the National Football Foundation Gridiron Club of Dallas.
He was a first-team all-region and all-conference selection for Snow College, helping the Badgers to a pair of “Top of the Mountain” bowl championships. He played one season for Minot State head football coach Tyler Hughes while at Snow College.
Rawlings earned 11 varsity letters in high school for Montrose high School in Montrose, Colo.
