Coach H Hendrickson joined the Beavers staff in the summer of 2022 and brings eight years of coaching experience to Minot State.

Hendrickson spent the past five years as an assistant at Pima Community College in Tucson, Ariz., helping the Aztecs win the Region I D2 championship in 2018, 2019, and 2021. The 2018 Region Champions advanced to the NJCAA National Championship game, and the 2019 team averaged an NJCAA D2 National Tournament record 101.3 points per game in four games.

During his time at Pima CC, Hendrickson’s coached four NJCAA D2 All-Americans, six Academic All-Americans, and 11 players to All-ACCAC 1st or 2nd Team honors. The Aztecs also finished top two in the country in points per game three times and led the nation in assists one season.

Hendrickson also coached two ACCAC D2 Freshman of the Year award winners and has helped 28 student-athletes move on to play at the four-year level.

Prior to joining the staff at Pima CC, Hendrickson was the head junior varsity coach at 6A Highland High School in Gilbert, Arizona for two season and worked with Arizona Powerhouse club basketball team. His coaching career started as a varsity assistant at Fargo South High School under his father, Mike Hendrickson, a former Minot State player.

Hendrickson spent two seasons playing at Bismarck State College and was part of the first graduating class at Fargo Davies High School in 2012 where he lettered in basketball, golf, and football.
