Biography

Prior to MSU
A graduate of Maryville College (Tenn.), Rice played in 89 career games during four seasons with the NCAA Division III Scots where he averaged 6.5 points, 2.2 rebounds, 2.7 assists, and 1.3 steals per game and hit 39-of-106 3-pointers (36.8 percent). A team captain for two seasons, he was named All-Collegiate Conference of the South 2nd Team in 2-23-24, and named to the CCS All-Championship Tournament Team. Had career highs of 19 points, 8 assists, 6 rebounds, and 5 steals.
