Ariane Hendrix-Roach

Ariane Hendrix-Roach will begin 2013-14 with her third season as a member of the Minot State women's basketball staff.

Hendrix-Roach spent the 2012-13 season as a graduate assistant coach for the Beavers. She spent the 2011-12 season a student assistant coach after a great senior year with the Beavers.

Hendrix-Roach's main duties including administrative work and film breakdown.

Hendrix-Roach played just one season for the Beavers in 2009-10, but made it a memorable one as she set Minot State's single-game assists record and scored 21 points in her first outing as the Beavers knocked off No. 1 ranked Morningside College, ending their 55-game winning streak.

In 2009-10, Hendrix-Roach averaged 14.1 points and 4.4 rebounds per game, while dishing out 158 assists. She helped the Beavers to a 21-7 record, helping MSU to the NAIA National Tournament. Hendrix-Roach was named to the All-Dakota Athletic Conference team and earned NAIA II Honorable Mention All-American honors.

She began her career at Santa Barbara Community College for two seasons before playing one season at NCAA Division II UNC-Pembroke.

Hendrix-Roach returned home for one year before coming back to Minot State to finish her undergraduate degree in 2011.
