Tessa Elkins

Tessa Elkins is in her second year as a Graduate Assistant for the women's basketball program at Minot State.

The 2014-15 season was Elkins first full season with the program, after joining the Beavers late in the 2013-14 season.

Elkins will assist in aspects of the women's basketball program including scouting, game preperation, player development and recruiting.

Elkins joins Minot State after a collegiate career at NCAA Division I Murrary State University. At Murray State, Elkins played four seasons under coach Rob Cross. She played in over 110 career games and averaged 5.5 points per game throughout her career.

She graduated from Murray State in 2013 with a Bachelor's in Advertising and a minor in Marketing. She was named to the Murray State Dean's List all four years attended and was twice named Ohio Valley Conference Honor Roll.

Elkins is pursuing her Master's from Minot State University and will graduate with that degree in December 2014.
