MINOT, N.D. -- Junior Jeanne Brenner and junior Shelby Spuller each recorded 13 kills and Minot State completed the season sweep of Mary with a 25-21, 25-14, 25-23 Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference victory over the Marauders on Tuesday in the Minot State Dome..

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Jeanne Brenner had five kills and Emily Falldorf had four kills and the Beavers limited Mary to an .042 attack percentage in a 25-21 win
• The Beavers rolled to a 25-14 victory in the second set as Minot State hit .370 as a team
• Trailing 14-8, Minot State used a big rally to claim a 25-23 win to clinch the match

BEAVER TRACKS

• Jeanne Brenner tied for the team lead with 13 kills and posted a .300 attack percentage
• Shelby Spuller had 13 kills, five digs and a block and recorded a .300 attack percentage
• Emily Falldorf notched nine kills and two blocks
• Hayley Swain had six kills, two blocks and a .357 attack percentage
• Karli Koza led the Beavers with 21 digs
• Shae Pedersen had eight digs and a service ace
• Kelsey Dewulf recorded 39 assists, seven digs and a kill

TEAM NOTES

• Minot State improved to 10-11 overall and 4-8 in conference play on the season
• This marks the first time the Beavers have reached double figures in wins since the 2014 season
