(Minot, N.D.) -- After falling to #6 Northern State this past Tuesday, Minot State is seeking an upset vs. #5 Concordia-St. Paul on Oct. 18 at 5:00 and another win vs. Minnesota State on Oct. 19 at 12:00 p.m.

• Concordia-St. Paul is undefeated against the Beavers with the overall record at 9-0.  
• Their first meeting was at Minot State, where the Beavers lost 3-0 on 10/12/2012.  

• Minnesota State leads the series 9-1.  
• The last time the Beavers won was on 10/26/2013, with the score being 3-0.  
• Their last meeting Minnesota State won 3-0 in Mankato, Minn. Om 10/5/2018.  

• Shelby Spuller has 192 kills on the season, she leads the team in kills and is 14th in the conference in overall total kills.  
• Junior setter Mackenzie Froehlich has 457 assists and leads the team in this column. She is currently 13th in the Northern Sun Conference.  
• Hayley Swain (49) and Emily Falldorf (37) continue to lead the Beavers in blocks.  
• Karli Koza averages 4.28 digs per set and has a total of 261 on the season.  
• Senior Shae Pedersen (135) and Froehlich (109) are making big contributions in the digs column as well.
• In the past three matches, freshman Caitlyn Messner has stepped up and produced offensively for the Beavers with 12 kills.  

• The Golden Bears are ranked #5 in the country due to their 13-4 start.

• Sara Macek (165) and Jasmine Mulvihill (247) are in the top 20 in kills per set in the NSIC.  
• Payton Nutter has 575 assists on the season and is 10th in the conference, and Ellie Veldman is 18th with 249 assists.  
• Kennedy Brady averages .98 blocks per set and is in the top 10 in conference play.  
• Tori Hanson has 312 digs on the season and is third in the conference.
• In addition Erin Fallert is 12^th in the Northern Sun with 247 digs on the season.  

• Morgan Olson has 233 kills on the season and is 4th in the conference
• Ashton Lee has 83 kills on the season which is top 20 in the conference.
• Dana Schindler has 523 assists on the year and is 11th in the conference.  
• Anissa Janzig averages .92 blocks per set, and Ashton Lee averages .80.  
• Mara Quam averages 4.32 digs per season and leads the team in digs with 246.
