DULUTH, Minn. -- The Minot State volleyball team fell to the Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs in straight sets, 25-19, 25-15, 25-15) Friday on the road at Romano Gymnasium in NSIC action.
The loss dropped Minot State's record to 2-20 overall and 0-14 in NSIC play.
Paulina Kowalska finished with seven kills on the day to lead the Beavers offense. Minot State also got 9 digs from Faith Di Mola to lead the way defensively.
Minot State is back in action Saturday afternoon playing at No. 3 St. Cloud State.

SET 1 | The Beavers fell behind early, dropping a tough first set 25-19. Minot State trailed by as many as seven points as Minnesota Duluth grabbed the advantage for good at 15-14 in a set that was tied up 11 times before the Bulldogs took over in the second half of the stanza.
SET 2 | Minot State then dropped the second set 25-15 to fall behind in the match two sets to none. The Beavers fell behind on the first point and fought from behind the rest of the way before dropping the set.
SET 3 | Minnesota Duluth finished off the sweep with a set-three win. The Beavers lost the first point and never clawed back into the lead before losing the set 25-15.
