Beavers fall to Montana State-Billings in game one of Yellowjacket Volleyball Invitational

BILLINGS, MT --The Minot State volleyball team could not beat an opposing Yellowjackets offense Friday on the road falling to Montana State-Billings in 3 straight sets (12-25, 20-25, 18-25).

The non-conference loss moved Minot State to 0-1 on the season.

Paulina Kowalska finished with six kills on the day to lead the Beavers attack. Defensively, had two players reach double figures in digs as Bailey Munson had 11 and Maddy Boop had 10.

SET 3 | Montana State-Billings finished off the sweep with a set-three win. The Beavers fell behind on the first point and fought from behind the rest of the way before losing the set 25-18.
