Biography

Prior to MSU
Benjamin played in 63 games over two seasons at New Mexico Junior College, averaging 10.3 points per game for the Thunderbirds. He added 145 rebounds, 81 assists, 51 steals, and 3 blocked shots and posted career highs of 22 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists, and 4 steals. ...Started his collegiate career redshirting at New Mexico State in 2022-23, where is father, William, played from 1998-92. ...A product of Las Cruces High School who was named the 2021 New Mexico Gatorade Player of the Year, Deuce helped lead the Bulldawgs to the 2020 New Mexico Class 5A state championship.
