Pre-Minot State: Played two season at Dickinson State, helping the Blue Hawks to a Dakota Athletic Conference championship and an NAIA Women's Basketball Division II National Tournament quarterfinal appearance as a sophomore.... Played one season at Montana-Western as a freshman.

High School: Prepped at Malta High School, helping MHS to a Class B championship and a perfect 26-0 season in 2007... Was named the Class B State Tournament Most Valuable Player as a senior... Ended high school career as school's leading scoring, finishing with 1,731 points... named to the Montana-Wyoming All-Star game.
