REGINA, Saskatchewan – The Minot State women's basketball team fell 80-52 to the University of Regina in an exhibition contest on Saturday afternoon.
Senior
Kristal Flowers led the Beavers with 12 points and six rebounds.
Madison Wald added nine points while
Holly Johnson and
Mariah Payne chipped in seven and six points, respectively.
Minot State shot 29.9 percent from the floor for the game and recorded 44 rebounds, including 15 of them on the offensive end.
The Beavers open the regular season on Friday, Nov. 10 at 1 p.m., as they play host to Rocky Mountain College in the Minot State Dome.
