MINOT, N.D. – The Minot State men's wrestling team announced today that because of COVID protocols, Upper Iowa University has canceled the Beavers dual match against the seventh-ranked Peacocks scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 23. Following NSIC agreed-upon policy, the match will be ruled a "no contest" and will not be rescheduled.

The Minot State men's wrestling team still is scheduled to compete in a dual on Friday, Jan. 21, at No. 9-ranked University of Wisconsin Parkside – a wrestling-only member of the NSIC – at 7 p.m. The Beavers then return home to host four straight dual matches starting with No. 10 Minnesota State, Mankato, on Friday, Jan. 28, at 7 p.m. at the MSU Dome.
