MINOT, N.D. – Minot State men's basketball coach Matt Murken announced that the team's games at the Central Missouri Weekend Classic Tournament have been canceled.

Because of the recent winter storm, the Beavers were not able to travel to Missouri this weekend, forcing the cancelation.

The Beavers were scheduled to play host Central Missouri tonight, Nov. 11, at 6 p.m., and East Central (Mo.) on Saturday, Nov. 12, at 4 p.m.

With the cancelations, the Minot State men's basketball team will get one more week to prepare for its season-opener, which now will be Thursday, Nov. 17, when the Beavers host Presentation at 12:30 p.m. in the Education Game at the MSU Dome.
