This weekend the MSU Women's Basketball will compete in the Central Region Showcase in St. Joseph, MO. They are set to play Fort Hayes State on Friday, as well as Southern Nazerene University on Saturday.

So far the women have played solid basketball to start the winter. They have only played 3 games and are currently 1-2, however those 2 losses came to top 10 ranked teams. They competed very well against the #3 team, University of Tampa, losing 57-63. They also played the #8 team, Angelo State, keeping it close until the end. However a run by Angelo State ended the game 68-83. 

The MSU Women's team has already played great competition early this season and should feel good going into the Central Region Showcase this weekend. MSU will be playing at 2:15 PM on Friday, and 12:30 PM on Saturday in St. Joseph, MO!
