Minot, N.D. – Minot State Men's and Women's Basketball back on the road to start the new year. Both teams take on Concordia St. Paul, Friday, January 5
th and will follow up on Saturday, January 6
th with the University of Minnesota Duluth.
Minot State Men's Basketball starts off the road weekend with CSP, coming off big in region win over the Golden Eagles of Minnesota Crookston. Last season vs. Concordia, the Bears secured the gritty win over the Beavers with two last second free throws. The Beavers dropped two games to #24 Minnesota Duluth in the 22'-23' season. The Beavers last fell to the Bulldogs in Duluth, MN (63-71) where the Beavers struggled offensively in the second half.
The Lady Beavers last saw the Lady Bears in the 22'-23' season. The Lady Beavers fell short to the Bears (61-71) where the Beavers forced eighteen turnovers and dished out twelve assists on twenty-two made field goals. Minot State Women's Basketball takes on the Bulldogs of the University of Minnesota Duluth following Friday's game vs. Concordia St. Paul. The Beavers last fell to a tough Minnesota Duluth team last season in both home and away games.
