"We have had a pretty good fall on the Men's and Women's sides, with definite improvement by both teams in scoring average compared to last year. The men have made a huge leap from last year in terms of scoring average. We have been really impressed with our freshman Darien and Winston. They have provided us with a consistency and depth that we have not had in a long time here at Minot State, and they have been awesome to watch come in and produce right away. We have seen some good things out of the rest of our roster on the men's side, as for the most part they have taken advantage of their opportunities when they have competed as individuals, which has been good to see." Said head coach
Eli Mihalick when asked about his impression of the men's team from the fall season.
"The women have had a pretty solid fall as well, even though the finishes might not reflect how well the ladies have played so far. Losing Taylor before the season started was a big blow to the women's team, but we have been impressed with their resiliency, as they have still continued to improve on their scoring averages.
Holly Knudsen has had some really good finishes for us this year, topped off by her tie for first place at the UMary Fall Invite, which she lost on the second playoff hole." Said head coach
Eli Mihalick when speaking about the women's fall season.
The Beavers golf fall season has come to an end, but the Beavers will return in spring for the 2025 spring season.
