Haleigh Lematta also turned in a notable performance for Minot State, finishing fourth at 145 pounds. At 180 pounds, Dahlia Silva added another fourth-place finish for the Beavers, advancing deep into the bracket with several bonus-point wins before finishing just outside the top three.
The Beavers added further depth in the heavyweight division, as Lillian Garrett placed fifth and Gracie Tolman finished sixth at 180 pounds. Garrett's tournament included multiple victories to climb back through the consolation rounds, while Tolman gained valuable mat time against experienced competition.
