MINOT, N.D. -- The Minot State volleyball team will conclude the home portion of its 2018 schedule with home matches against Bemidji State and Minnesota Crookston in the Minot State Dome. The Beavers will host Bemidji State on Friday (Oct. 26) at 6 p.m. and then meet Minnesota Crookston on Saturday (Oct. 27) at 1 p.m.
The Beavers will celebrate Senior Day on Friday against Bemidji State and Parent's Day will be held on Saturday versus Minnesota Crookston.

Cody Shwaluk will be honored on Senior Day for the Beavers.
Minot State, which is 11-15 overall and 4-12 in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference, will be seeking to complete the season sweep of both Bemidji State and Minnesota Crookston. The Beavers defeated Bemidji State 3-1 on Sept. 22 and held off Minnesota Crookston 3-2 on Sept. 21. If the Beavers are able to complete the sweeps it would improve the season win total to 13, which would mark the most victories in a season since the 2011 team won 18 matches.
Shelby Spuller had 19 kills and
Hayley Swain had 13 kills and a .632 attack percentage in the victory over Bemidji State, while Spuller had 23 kills and Swain finished with 14 kills in the victory at Minnesota Crookston.
Dewulf, who has 895 assists this season, broke the Beavers Division II era record for career assists at Wayne State last weekend. She notched 15 assists to increase her career total to 3,098 which moved her past Emily Byrne into first place on the all-time list.
Spuller leads the Beavers with 340 kills and a 3.74 kills per set average, while
Jeanne Brenner and
Emily Falldorf each are averaging 2.02 kills per set.
Swain continues to lead Minot State with a .325 hitting percentage and ranks fourth on the team averaging 1.85 kills per set.
Sophomore
Karli Koza is closing in on 500 digs for the year as she has 451 and is averaging 4.96 per set. Gurley ranks second on the Beavers averaging 2.04 digs per set.
Bemidji State enters Friday's match with a 5-19 overall record and a 2-14 mark in the NSIC, while Minnesota Crookston is currently 4-20 overall and 2-14 in conference play.
