MINOT, N.D. – 36 Minot State student-athletes were inducted into the Chi Alpha Sigma Honor Society on Monday afternoon in the first annual Chi Alpha Sigma Induction Ceremony in the Student Center on the campus of Minot State.
 
Chi Alpha Sigma is the first national scholar-athlete society to honor collegiate student-athletes who have excelled in the classroom and athletic competition.
 
In order to be accepted into Chi Alpha Sigma, student-athletes must receive a varsity letter in their sport, achieve junior academic standing or higher and earn a 3.4 or higher cumulative grade point average.
