Minot, N.D. – Minot State Track and Field are set for their last chance meet at the UND Tune Up before heading off to conference next week in Mankato, MN. The UND Tune Up meet is the last meet that the athletes have in order to qualify for conference.
Last weekend, Minot State Track and Field had some strong performances, resulting in a few records being broken and finishes that were close to a lot of personal records for the athletes.
With a record-breaking day last time out,
Nasir Dilworth and
Sidra Sadowsky leads the Beavers into this weekend as they both try to establish themselves into a spot at indoor nationals. Dilworth is 0.02 seconds away from the Men's 60 Hurdles Provisional Mark.
The Beavers are looking for strong performances from the rest of the team, with a bunch of them being close to hitting that mark to get them into conference or being close to a national provisional mark.
Ramon Duran sits 0.16 seconds off from the men's 400 meter provisional mark. Big performances are to come for the rest of the team from distance to short sprints to filed events.
