LARCHWOOD, Iowa – The Minot State men's and women's golf teams wrapped up their fall seasons today at the USF Fall Invitational, hosted at Grand Falls Casino & Golf Resort. Both teams battled through challenging conditions to close out the two-day event against conference competition.

On the men's side, the Beavers finished in seventh place with a team total of 38-over par. Senior Zach Hendrickson once again led Minot State, earning a tie for 12th place after finishing at 6-over par for the tournament. Gunther Soltvedt followed closely behind, tying for 16th at 7-over par.

Kasen Rostad and Max Karnik each tied for 35th at 13-over par, while Gage Olson rounded out the lineup in 61st place at 22-over par.

Winona State claimed the men's team title with a final score of 7-over par, while Charlie Hanson of the University of Sioux Falls took home the individual title, finishing at 1-under par.

On the women's side, the Beavers finished 12th overall with a team total of 158-over par. Zoe Banack led the way for Minot State, tying for 27th at 24-over par. Meadow Roberts placed 52nd at 38-over par, while Abigail Goettle finished 59th at 44-over. Micaela Resler rounded out the team standings in 65th at 52-over par.

Wayne State captured the women's team title with a score of 62-over par, and Concordia-St. Paul's Piper Hill won the individual title at 6-over par.

With the USF Fall Invitational marking the final tournament of the fall, the Beavers will now shift their focus to offseason training as they prepare for the start of the spring season.
